A short drive from San Antonio, a world away
Comal County has some of the prettiest wedding settings in Central Texas: historic Gruene, the Guadalupe and Comal rivers, and venues tucked into the hills around Canyon Lake.
I photograph New Braunfels and Canyon Lake weddings the same way I do everywhere: guided portraits when you need them, honest documentary coverage the rest of the day, and a timeline built around the light.

New Braunfels wedding questions
Do you photograph weddings in New Braunfels and Canyon Lake?
Yes. New Braunfels, Gruene and Canyon Lake are an easy drive from San Antonio, and Comal County venues are some of my favorites, including The Preserve at Canyon Lake and The Casa at Canyon Lake.
Are there travel fees for New Braunfels weddings?
No. Wedding packages include coverage anywhere in Texas with no travel fees.
Do you offer engagement sessions in New Braunfels or Gruene?
Yes. Gruene's historic streets and the river make great engagement settings. Sessions are $399 for one guided hour with up to two outfits.
Can you help plan a lake-view wedding timeline?
Yes. Lakeside venues have great sunset light but can be windy and bright, so we plan portraits for golden hour and keep a sheltered spot ready for family photos.
